Seen this before. Basic

Not to write a bad review or anything. but i wouldnt call that "Modding", sure you can call skinning a cosume or changing the points of a gun modding, but its basic. Ive seen ones that have reloading and armor. that actually worked. the things you have wrote are the ones i learnt without even using a tutorial. now thats advanced, hell i even figured out how to remove the lazer fire delay from the railgun.

Modding is changing the gameplay drasticly. not in small bits.

Oh and Its better to get Macromedia 8, not costly and will run the program smoothly.
